Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the duit447 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the duit447 management.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. duit447 reserves the right to amend, update or improve these terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for checking the latest terms periodically.

Account Eligibility and Registration

duit447 services are only open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• At least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Registering and using the platform in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• Not prohibited by local laws or regulations from participating in online gambling activities.
• Has not previously been subject to a permanent ban or account closure by duit447.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts using different information is a serious violation of these terms. All personal information provided during registration, including full name, identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number and email, must be accurate and valid.

duit447 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure requirements. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary freeze or closure of the account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

duit447 provides a range of payment methods to facilitate transactions for users in Malaysia. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including major local banks), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM20. Deposits are typically processed immediately once the transaction is confirmed by the payment service provider.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Valid withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. duit447 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.

All transactions must be made using an account registered in the user's own name. The use of third-party accounts for deposit or withdrawal purposes is not permitted and may result in the transaction being suspended.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

duit447 offers various bonuses to users. The welcome bonus is a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100 bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement for that bonus is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.

Another example: a deposit of RM3,200 gives a bonus of RM1,500 (maximum cap), bringing the balance to RM4,700 with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred or directly converted to cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the period set by duit447.
• duit447 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and claw back related winnings if bonus terms are violated.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per account, household or device.

Other promotions such as weekly cashback through the VIP programme are also subject to specific terms and conditions set at the time those promotions are launched.

duit447 VIP Programme

The duit447 VIP programme comprises five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's betting activity over time. duit447 reserves the right to review VIP tier eligibility periodically and make adjustments as necessary.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

duit447 users are required to use the platform in an honest, responsible manner and in compliance with all rules set out. Among the strictly prohibited activities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to influence game outcomes.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any other unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system for personal gain.
• Transferring funds between user accounts without duit447's approval.
• Spreading false or misleading information about duit447 on any public platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the duit447 support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and any eligible balance has been withdrawn.

duit447 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the stipulated period.
• Instructions from relevant authorities.

Privacy and Data Protection

duit447 is committed to protecting users' personal information. The collection, use and storage of personal data is carried out in accordance with a separately established Privacy Policy. Users are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full to understand how their information is handled.

Information shared with duit447 is used solely for the purposes of platform operations, identity verification, payment processing and service improvement. duit447 will not sell users' personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

duit447 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by factors outside our control, including technical issues from third-party providers.
• Loss of account access due to a user's negligence in safeguarding their login information.
• Disputed betting outcomes after a game has been legitimately concluded by the system.
• Transaction delays caused by payment service providers.

To the extent permitted by law, duit447's liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days prior to the claim being submitted.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws under the international licensing jurisdiction in which duit447 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within thirty days from the date the dispute is submitted in writing, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in accordance with procedures set by duit447.
